How to Live a Happy Life
If we add some guidelines, some basic fundamentals, and some
basic behavior in our lives, It can be improved. We shall be able to lead a Happy
Life.
1. Remember and pray to God minimum twice a day
with pure heart.
2. Sit in silence for at least 10 Minutes each day.
3. Drinking of 8-10 glasses of water every day is
must.
4. Must laugh open heartedly minimum twice a day …scientists
believe that by laughing open heartedly mental
tension is relieved , the internal body organs get exercised and the resistance
power to fight the diseases is increased.
5. Go to the park at dawn and do exercise, or brisk
walking. It gives peace and energy.
6. Eat lesser than the hunger and the body shall
remain healthy.
7. If at any point of time you get emotional frenzy
of anger, fear, worry, to control such emotions write down on a paper in details
regarding such emotions.
8. Shut yourself in a room, and speak out all the
feelings.
9. If the emotions compel, vent out the feelings,
punch the pillow to take out the anger, cry aloud, sing or laugh.
10. Express the feelings confide with a close friend
about the suppressed feeling. It shall be very relaxing.
